The lecithin of Nutella®

The binder in our recipe

A small amount of lecithin is added to Nutella® to increase its smoothness and to create a harmonious mix of ingredients.

A natural emulsifier with no GMOs

The majority of our lecithin is extracted from soy beans, which mainly originate from Brazil, India and Italy.

We only purchase traceable and 100% non-genetically modified (non-GMO) lecithin. To guarantee the non-GMO origin of the product, the IP identity preserved procedure and GMO analyses are documented and certified respectively at several stages of the supply chain.
